How to Improve Self Esteem

“Oh, God, I struggle with low self-esteem all the time! I think everyone does. I have so much wrong with me, it’s unbelievable!” Angelina Jolie

No matter if you are asking how to improve self esteem for yourself or for someone else the answer to that question is the key to lifelong happiness and self-confidence. When you feel good about yourself you will naturally attract better relationships, improve your job or work opportunities and probably have better health too – definitely better self-image.

How to Improve Self Esteem – Know Who You Are

I am not talking about laboriously practicing ever day to raise your self esteem. I am talking about a radical and yet simple way to see yourself differently so that how to improve self esteem is no longer even a question. You know who you are. You don’t need validation from others (although that is always nice!) because you value yourself.

Know Your Own Value

In fact, really  knowing your own value is the ONLY way to truly have self-esteem, confidence and happiness. Don’t worry – your value is NOT dependent on how you look, what job you have or whether you have a great love relationship. In fact all of those are a byproduct of how you feel about yourself. So the better you feel the better your life becomes – including relationships, jobs and health.

Feel Good About Yourself – consistently

You will find techniques on how to improve self esteem and they can help but in my experience they don’t last. You cannot convince yourself to feel good. The next time there is a challenge in your life you might just melt into a little puddle all over again. Guess how I know this? Yes, I have been there, done that!

There is a Better, Easier Way!

I found a better way – a FAR better way that changed my life more than I could ever have imagined. It can change yours too – and it isn’t hard. In fact I am all about easy! I believe life should be fun and easy and mine is! Now my passion is to help others feel that way too.
